The Youth have gathered for brunch at the Harris' twice for a time of connection and fellowship. At the last brunch Jude and Al Allen shared their testimonies with the teens. The children have been learning about the use of flags in worship. They have helped assemble some child sized flags for their own use during worship! We're excited that our children are joining in as we worship Him!
PRAYER FOR MILITARY
During a recent time of intercession the following prayer came forth for Adam Taff, son of Lynn and Lester. Please print this prayer out and pray it for Adam and other men and women that are valiantly serving our country.
Jesus, we thank you that you make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. You have said; My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please. You knew all of Adam’s days before one of them came to be. You have plans for him; plans to prosper him, not to harm him and to give him a future. We declare that the Lord will fulfill his purpose for Adam Taff. Your love O Lord endures forever. Do not abandon the works of your hands. Release your word in power in Adam’s life that thought he walks in the midst of trouble you preserve his life. You stretch out your hand against the anger of Adam’s foes, with your right hand you save him. You are Adam’s rock, his fortress and deliverer, his rock in whom he takes refuge. Be his strength every morning, his salvation in time of distress. You are his shield, the horn of his salvation and his stronghold, the strong tower against the foe and you save him from violent men. When he lies down he will sleep in peace, for you alone, O Lord, make him dwell in safety.
Lord we declare because it is written you are forgiving and good O Lord, abounding in love to all who call to you. Therefore, according to your love, remember Adam, for you are good O Lord. Do not with hold your mercy from Adam. May your love and your truth always protect him. Defend Adam’s cause and redeem Adam. Preserve his life according to your promise.
